Clean and the staff was excellent and helpful. I liked the room; it was pet-friendly with microwave, 2 queen beds, fridge. Particularly good and fantastic location to attractions like a public college, that was around 4-6 minutes walk from the hotel.
The hotel staff was just terrible.

Convenient stay with clean rooms
The heater worked well, the room was always at a pleasant temperature. The hotel really needs to work on updating its facilities, as some areas were quite worn down.
